The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), in collaboration with the Ministerial Steering Committee (MSC) for the Japanese Counterpart Value Fund (JCVF), is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified consultants to undertake a critical revision of the JCVF Secretariat Management Guide. This 15-day consultancy represents a vital component of the Secretariat's institutional transition from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoCI), and comes at a pivotal moment in Liberia's development partnership with the Government of Japan.
