
BANJUL, The Gambia — The Liberia U-15 Boys School Football Team has safely arrived in The Gambia and is set to compete in the prestigious 4th CAF African School Football Championship WAFU A qualifiers, with the tournament kicking off tomorrow, November 27.
The young Liberian delegation landed and immediately began their official tournament duties by attending the compulsory arrival briefing. This step finalizes their preparations ahead of the regional qualification tournament, a key pathway to the continental finals.
The CAF African School Football Championship, designed to blend education and football, is one of the continent's most impactful youth competitions, offering participants a major platform to showcase their talent. The WAFU A Zone qualifiers are being hosted in The Gambia and run from November 20 to 30, 2025. The squad is now focused and ready to represent Liberia with pride.
