The signing ceremony represents the conclusion of lengthy negotiations and the commitment of all parties to pursue peaceful dialogue, mutual understanding, and cooperation. The official signing was witnessed by key stakeholders, including Bong County Land Administrator, Madam Amelia D. Cassell, who expressed deep satisfaction with the outcome.
