Other members include, Cllr. Jacob M. Corneh, Comptroller and Miss Jamelia Dennis, Safety Manager. In every three years, ICAO-the United Nations’ civil aviation agency- convenes its assembly in Montreal. It brings together more than 2,000 high-level delegates from across the globe.

Together, the set international priorities, policies, and standards that shape the future of aviation- covering everything from safety, security and sustainability to economic development and digital innovation. These discussions directly affect how airports operate and evolve. States and international organizations submit their own Working Papers to present the perspectives of their constituencies. The Working Papers are presented by delegations during the Assembly. If they are accepted by consensus, the Working Papers direct the outcomes of ICAO for the next triennium.

Assembly outcomes are then provided to the other bodies of ICAO and to its member states to guide their continuing and future work. The Assembly runs from 23rd September to 3rd October 2025, with 193 Members States. In attendance. It will elect the ICAO Council of 36 states- a powerful body that governs international civil aviation . Also in attendance at this year's Assembly is LAA's regulating body, the Liberia Civil Aviation Authority, represented by Director General Julius Dennis, Deputy Director for Administration, Stephen Johnson, among others.
