The Ministry of Education has welcomed the second cohort of volunteer teachers from the Federal Republic of Nigeria, marking another milestone in the Liberia–Nigeria Bilateral Education Support Program. The teachers will be deployed across eight counties to strengthen classroom instruction, promote inclusive learning, and support national education priorities. In remarks at the welcoming ceremony, the Minister of Education reaffirmed that empowered and well-supported teachers remain the foundation of quality education, critical to improving learning outcomes and achieving national transformation goals.
She expressed appreciation to the Government and People of Nigeria for their continued partnership and solidarity in advancing education and human development across West Africa.
