In a landmark recognition of business excellence, Liberia-Canada based company QE24 Group of Companies has been awarded the Enterprise Award by Afroglobal Television’s Excellence Awards in Canada. The Afroglobal Television Excellence Awards program aims to showcase the achievements of individuals, organizations, businesses, and agencies that significantly impact the lives of people of African descent worldwide.

Since its inception in 2024, the awards gala has honored achievers and brought together people of African background and others of goodwill to celebrate inspiring success stories.
The Enterprise Award 2025 was presented to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of QE24 Group of Companies Mr. Bill Quincy Sandy at a colorful awards gala held at the Meridian Arts Center in Toronto, Canada over the week end. The Awards committee pointed out that through his QE24 Group in Canada, parent company of QE24 Group of Companies in Liberia, Mr. Sandy continues to lead groundbreaking initiatives in infrastructure, cross-border investment, and sustainable development.
It added that under his visionary and transformative leadership, QE24 has championed major projects including the Chicken Soup Factory and VOA Road Corridors, alongside impactful social campaigns and community development programs.

The committee recalled that in 2024, Mr. Sandy spearheaded the historic Liberia Investment Forum in Toronto, the first ever in Canada, which convened President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Canadian leaders, and global investors, securing commitments in mining, sanitation, and infrastructure while strengthening Liberia–Canada relations. Receiving the award, Mr. Sandy  emphasized the milestone as a moment not just for the company, but for Liberia’s business sector. He vowed to remain committed to exploring new innovations for the socioeconomic and infrastructural development of Liberia and the satisfaction of his clients in particular.

“We accept this honour on behalf of our team—and for Liberia. It is proof that value‑added enterprise in this country can compete globally,” Mr. Sandy stated. He used the occasion to announce plans by his company  reinvest the momentum by scaling operations, increasing local employment, expanding regional partnerships and reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development. This accolade is expected to elevate QE24’s profile, potentially opening doors for new investors and international collaborations. For Liberia more broadly, the achievement reinforces the country’s growing identity as a home for dynamic enterprises aiming to deliver economic and social value beyond its borders.

Founded in Liberia in ------, QE24 has distinguished itself through a combination of strategic vision, sustainable growth and job‑creation in the West African market. Its receipt of the Enterprise Award highlights the company’s rising profile on the international stage, particularly among African‑heritage recipients recognized by Afroglobal Television’s platform for “showcasing the achievements of individuals, organizations, businesses and agencies that make a profound difference in the lives of people of African descent.” Observers believe that by securing such a high‑profile award outside of the continent, QE24 sends a strong message about the quality and potential of Liberian enterprises — and could inspire other local firms to pursue excellence at regional and international levels.
