West Africa Enterprise categorically rejects recent defamatory claims and misinformation circulating about our company. We wish to set the record straight and clarify the facts to protect our valued customers and the integrity of our brand. Contrary to allegations, Branch #26 in Ganta is not owned, managed, or operated by West Africa Enterprise. That outlet is independently run by Mr. Samir Awada, who operates only as an agent under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). For more than a decade, West Africa Enterprise has built a solid reputation as one of Liberia’s leading suppliers of high-quality frozen products. Our success is rooted in trust, consistency, and an uncompromising commitment to freshness and quality. We will not allow misinformation to tarnish this legacy. Under the terms of the MOU governing independent agents: 

  • Branches such as #26 are independent retailers and are not official outlets of West Africa Enterprise.
  • The company bears no responsibility for sales, products, or practices carried out by these agents outside our direct supply chain.
  • Agents may only purchase products on the open market if those products meet the strict quality benchmarks set by West Africa Enterprise.

 Unfortunately, Branch #26 has repeatedly failed to meet these obligations. For more than a month, the branch has not purchased a single carton of frozen goods from West Africa Enterprise. Instead, it has engaged in the sale of damaged products sourced from outside our supply chain. This action is a clear violation of the MOU and goes against the standards and values that West Africa Enterprise upholds. We wish to reassure all Liberians that West Africa Enterprise remains fully committed to delivering only the highest quality frozen products across the country. 

Customers can continue to trust that every item purchased from our official outlets meets international standards of safety, freshness, and excellence. We call on the public to disregard false claims and remain vigilant in identifying genuine West Africa Enterprise outlets. A visit to any of our official branches will confirm our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. West Africa Enterprise will continue to protect its reputation, enforce the standards set forth in its agreements, and take all necessary actions against defamation or misrepresentation.
